Bug Description

Whenever you register for a sprint, ala https://launchpad.net/sprints/uos-1411/+attend, it asks you questions referencing the idea the sprint is a physical location you will physically attend (apart from the question about physical / remote at the bottom).

When sprints are virtual it would be nice to ask more appropriate questions. In addition it would be nice to then be able to remove the physical / remote attendance question (as the sprint by definition would be physical or remote).
