Add ability to show person/team locations via Google Maps

Several years back Launchpad had the ability for people and teams to set their location; this information would then be used to show team and person locations around the world via Google Maps. This was a nice feature that allowed for better coordination of development as it was easy to find out what time zone developers were in, what countries, etc.

Looks like the support was removed in this BZR commit:

Any chance at all of reimplementing this feature? We used it on our non-Canonical Launchpad deployment until it was recently upgraded, and I really miss having the maps.
