Bug Description
Martin Pool says: "I wish Launchpad wouldn't put me in the To field if it's just echoing
a comment someone made on a bug, because they all come up in gmail filtering as being more important than they really are. I also think it's factually incorrect to say that message was directly addressed to me. I wish it showed the bug as To."
(This is the converse of bug 31586.)
