Can't retarget package from gutsy to feisty

Bug Description
Package is first uploaded to ~XX/incoming and build with distribution in the changelog file.
Package is them uploaded to ~XX/incoming/feisty to target the build into a second distribution. However this results in a failure message:
"Rejected:
This sourcepackagere
"
Either way there could do with an easy way of forcing a build into several distributions without twiddling version numbers.
