Bug Description
It is possible that a bug summary can contain a newline in Mantis. If a bug summary like this appears in a CSV export from Mantis - a method we use to obtain status updates as part of the external bug tracker system - it could prevent any statuses from that particular Mantis site from being fetched. There is a workaround in place, but it's fragile and ugly.
