Bug Description

When the status of a merge proposal changes, the e-mail notification looks like this:

> The proposal to merge lp:~larsu/ubuntu-system-settings/dont-use-statusicon
> into lp:ubuntu-system-settings has been updated.
>
> Status: Needs review => Approved

> Your team Ubuntu Touch System Settings is subscribed to branch lp:ubuntu-system-settings.

The URL of the merge proposal is included twice, with only one line between them. This is redundant.

It might save time to fix bug 592771 at the same time as this bug.
