CVE list is ugly

Bug #136897 reported by Matthew Paul Thomas on 2007-09-03

Bug Description

A CVE list, such as <>, has several visual problems.
1. Each of the two columns in the table is used for two different things. (The first for bug number+summary, and then for package name; the second for CVE links, and then for bug status and assignee.) This makes the columns awkward widths.
2. The bug icon is next to something that is not the bug link.
3. The bug icon is not the correct color for each bug report.
4. The CVE link icons are smushed together.
5. The distribution series details are in the portlet column and shouldn't be.
6. There is help in a box that is collapsed by default, but that box isn't the Help tab, and the Help tab contains no help at all.
