Bug Description

Hi,

https://launchpad.net/api/devel/ubuntu-rtm/14.09/armhf/chroot_url
reports:
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/181846074/chroot-ubuntu-rtm-14.09-armhf.tar.bz2

but it's actually a gzip-ed tarball; this confuses schroot:
chroot-ubuntu-rtm-14.09-armhf.tar.gz: gzip compressed data, last modified: Fri Jul 25 11:53:48 2014, from Unix

I obviously workaround by renaming the tarball locally, but would be nice to fix Launchpad or whatever generates these.

BTW: https seems to work fine and seems a better idea for people to download tarballs to avoid getting MIM-ed.

Thanks,
