Replace the search when reporting a new bug with google search

When you try to file a new bug, launchpad searches through existing bugs. But launchpad's search is very poor; in contrast, googling "site:https://bugs.launchpad.net/project-name/ query" turns up much more relevant hits. I've encountered quite a few cases where launchpad search turns up nothing relevant (or nothing at all), yet google search gives me exactly what I'm looking for in the first result.
