Bug Description

When merging persons, choose the shortest non-empty WikiName that is available, and remove the other WikiName.

When we have one wikiname per wiki, then for each wiki, choose the shortest non-empty wikiname for that wiki.

This is almost certainly the right behaviour when one wikiname starts with the other.

In any case, by removing one of the names, the user will be able to reset their wiki name to whichever one they desire.

I'm just trashing the WikiName of the account you are merging from - a user can set it to whatever they want on their preferences page. I think this is less surprising than magically changing someones wikiname because the system thought that the one attached to their dud account was nicer.
