Bug Description
I have tried TWICE to attach a png file (a screenshot) to this bug:
https:/
It didn't issue any error message, but the attachment doesn't show up. It's like it is silently discarded.
Whatever is causing the file to be rejected (which is in itself a bug, because if it is the file size, the limit is ridiculous, and if it is the file format, png should be supported), it should be indicated in detail in an error message when attempting to upload it.

Look, it worked here. Complete nonsense.
Also, I now notice that when I posted it on the other bug, not only didn't I get any error message, I even got a confirmation "Attachment ..... added to the bug"
