When importing comments from other sources (ex. bugzilla), reparsing of text shouldnt be done as can be seen at < https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1219245/comments/12 > as Bug 78836 is being linked to the laundpad bug rather than the freedesktop.org bug.
