Cut off bug number when adding an attachment

Bug Description
When adding an attachment to a bug, the page says:

"""
There is no reason to cut off the bug number with a barely visible ellipsis (see attached screenshot).
Also, I wonder if it's necessary to mention the bug number 3 times in this page.
