Bug Description
Many people use Launchpad Answers to ask questions about Ubuntu, but record them as being Launchpad questions rather than Ubuntu questions.
This is the Answers equivalent of bug 88818, but whereas that bug seemed to be the fault of old launchpad.
One thing we could try, to start with, is to exclude any launchpad-project project from appearing in the "Most active projects" list on <https:/
