Bug Description
It should be possible to have Launchpad accept encrypted e-mail. If working on a security related or private bug on Launchpad, the only proper (secure) interface is the web ui as it's the only way to have the communication encrypted. (Due to bug #129690, using the web interface is not even secure, though).
