What you see: A list of "Subscribers to all bugs in ubuntu-keyboard in Ubuntu".
2. Go to the Bugs page for that package.
What you see: No such list.
This is backwards. If subscribers to a package's bug reports are listed anywhere, they should at least be on the package's Bugs page.
