Bug Description
Mere requests should show tags added by the proposed branch.
Lack of this information may be just as essential as lack of the code review section. Without this feature any single innocently-looking merge request may sneak in tags that are either accidental or malicious. Furthermore launchpad should warn if any of the tags are clashing with existing tags in the target branch.
