Bug Description

1. Go to <http://launchpad.net/bugs/394432>.

What happens: A 404 error.

What should happen: You end up seeing the same bug report as if you went to <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/notify-osd/+bug/394432>.

According to <https://api.launchpad.net/1.0/bugs/394432/bug_tasks>, bug 394432 affects both notify-osd in Ubuntu, and a non-existent null-and-void project. But <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/notify-osd/+bug/394432> does not show the null-and-void project.
