On projects group FAQ listing, display the project related to the FAQ

Bug Description
The project groups FAQs listing available at /<name>/+faqs only show the FAQs title. It should show in which project the FAQ was filed. Clicking on the project name should display the list of FAQs for that project.
This was included in the faq-base blueprint, but was left out at the last minute to make the 1.1.7 release.
