Bug Description
Subject says it all. If ls-lR was torn out and replaced with a run-parts breakpoint, we could SSH trigger britney immediately after dists.new was put in place, and move ls-lR to a run-parts snippet, allowing us to perhaps remove it later, if we decide we should.
