Bug Description
I have written a plugin which performs searches, caches the result and provides the user a way to link back to launchpad.net to see the results. Mostly this works.
But for milestone and series options there are problems. Series isn't an option, but can be selected for by adding the series name after the project name in the url before the query string. Although always returns zero results on the web interface.
The milestone is doing something much weirder. It's using integer ids in the post form in the advanced bug selection and won't accept a string name as a milestone in the search.
These two items prevent searches performed using the launchpad api to be correctly linked back to launchpad.net
