Remove build recipe spam for non-linux based project

I maintain https://launchpad.net/win32-image-writer and every once in a while, I see new users popup and create recipes for this project. Since this is a Windows Only project, they will fail. I don't want to tie up buildd resources with this. Is there a way for a project admin to mark these as Windows Only?

Since you filed this bug, the build resources available in the Launchpad build farm has increased very substantially, and it's now quite rare that a few stray builds from an excess recipe would be of any concern. As such, I don't think optimising this by excluding some projects from recipe creation is likely to pay its way. Of course, feel free to report junk recipes to us (https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad) and we can delete them.
