Bug Description
The Launchpad translation import queue currently doesn't issue a warning when the .po message translation catalogue doesn't include a Language tag in it. I had been seeing stacks of catalogues in my queue that each time had to be manually guided into their correct location in the branch, but I just realized that that is because of the aforementioned reason.
