and it didn't even find the bug whose title is "Feature Request: Bug Dependencies"!

Aaron, this is because in the above query you have HIDE DUPLICATES on and 119384 is marked as a duplicate.

Ah. In that case, either:

1. Hide duplicates should not be on by default.

2. When marking as a duplicate, the bug's metadata should be added to
the bug it's marked as a dupe of, so that people can find it better.
