Bug Description

Compare http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/mplayer/+changelog and http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/multiverse/m/mplayer/mplayer_1.0~rc1-0ubuntu9/changelog. Does this perhaps only show entries from published sources? Whatever the reason, it's wrong and should be fixed.

The slightly sane changelog display is only a new feature, so it's not a
regression. Previously it somehow mangled the latest changes file to
produce a very strange view of a couple of changelog entries.

This was accidentally fixed nearly 4 years ago, in r5613.
