Status filter links and checkboxes could be simplified

Bug Description
Currently a projects Answers page has "Open", "Answered", and "Need attention" links in the Actions menu, and also "Open", "Needs information", "Answered", "Solved", "Expired", and "Invalid" checkboxes in the search form itself.
These could be simplified into a single option menu:

Show questions containing: [______
and that are: [Open :^]
------------
If any combinations of statuses are common (e.g. "Answered or Solved"), these combinations can be added as items in themselves at the end of the status menu.
