Bug Description
While we have tools to hide offensive comments, we sometimes get entirely automated users which can rapidly cause lots of havoc.
Fixing up their damage is currently manual and time consuming. It would be nice to automate this - for instance, to remove the user and all their comments/

Of course, a nicer way to do this would be to allow any member of Launchpad Admins to do it all within the UI. Related to that is the ability to close/disable an account that's obviously set up just for spamming purposes.
