Bug Description
When a bug's status is changed in a distribution package, the resulting e-mail notification refers to that package using the pattern "packagename (Distribution Name)".
But if you try e-mailing a command with the line "affects packagename (Distribution Name)", it will presumably fail. The advertised format for distribution packages is "distro/package".
These should be made consistent.
