Bug Description
There are lots of people who don't have a too much expertise and know-how but do in fact know more than the average user but to make it easier for them to help answer questions i think it would be great if questions in launchpad could be rated for difficulty by the questioner and answer-ers. This way, if the questioner is asking a very simple question, people who don't have too much know-how could still help with easy stuff. It could also help with prioritizing questions. They could be categorized into Difficult, Medium, and Easy, or go by a four or five star system.
