branch page dependent merges link leads to empty +merges page

Bug Description

Branch page (eg https://code.launchpad.net/~mikemc/ubuntuone-client/use-IPCError-in-PB/ )
shows "1 branch dependent on this one" - the link "1 branch" goes to https://code.launchpad.net/~mikemc/ubuntuone-client/use-IPCError-in-PB/+merges , which shows no proposals.

There is another merge that listed this branch as a prerequisite, but they are both proposed to merge into trunk, not each other.

The text is what I expected, but the +merges page is not. I would like to click on the "1 branch" link and see that 1 branch.
