Current status: If a user's language preferences do not include "English" the Answers section of most projects is empty. This is confusing not only for new users.

Launchpad used to always show English question and this cause a lot of problem for people who do not know English or do not want to work with English. The real problem is that the UI does not make it clear what languages are filtered out, nor does it allow the user to see questions in other languages.
