Bug Description
Everybody is allowed to modify the status/assignee of any bugtask (with the exception of the Triaged status).
It'd be helpful if anyone would be allowed to remove any bugtask, without special permissions. This is especially useful for projects like https:/

Maybe the fix for this is issue is that Lp should never show task for project that do not use Lp. No one expects to see tasks for things that do not use Lp, so the delete should not be necessary.
