Bug Description
Adding a download requires both a milestone, and a release. This precludes trunk (or nightly) builds.
On a projects +download page, at the top should be a trunk (or nightly) area, where builds can be added ad-hoc. If you wanted to be fancy, when a new milestone release was made, an option could be to automatically remove all trunk builds, and start over (i.e. to delete all trunk builds since the last release, as they are no longer relevant).
