dput hint in some ppa not correctly display

For web page like:

  https://launchpad.net/~ycheng-twn/+archive/precise-testing

There is a hint like:

  dput ppa:ycheng-twn/precise-testing <source.changes>

But for web page like:

  https://launchpad.net/~oem-archive/+archive/trainingyc3

The hint there is:

  dput <source.changes>

Which should be:

  dput ppa:oem-archive/trainingyc3 <source.changes>

A fix for this could make it easier, Thanks a lot.
