Bug Description
If I assign a bug to someone, they get an email from Launchpad starting with this text:
You have been subscribed to a public bug:...
Down below, after the description, the changes are listed including the new assignee. This can be easily missed. It would be better if the mail announced:
You have been assigned a bug:...
