Bug Description

apt-get changelog does not work with packages from PPAs.

$ apt-get changelog geary
Err Changelog for geary (http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/g/geary/geary_0.2.2+1~precise1-0~754~quantal1/changelog)
  404 Not Found
