Bug Description
Anybody can change the status of a bug. But some people who don't know what they're doing or try to spam Launchpad can simply change the status to something that doesn't apply. As effect, every subscribed person gets an email and the status has to be reset. This is really annoying. The bug status should be automatically set by Launchpad or a maintainer of the project, the bug is reported against.
