Bug Description
When I uploaded 2 copies of webkit to my PPA, the one targeted to precise had a score of 2505 and the one targeted to quantal had a score of 2555. I would think that the packageset scoring should be limited to a single archive or maybe a copy archive as well, but not random PPAs. This allows anyone uploading a package in a packageset that builds an image in the dev release to a PPA to jump the queue.
