Bug Description
It's currently not possible to see who's uploaded a package in one of the queues.
It'd be good to have some kind of link at least exported through the API between a package upload and the LP person that signed it so we can easily retrieve the name, irc nickname, ... of the uploader.
Once we have this, having it shown in the web UI would probably be nice too (though we can probably live with command line tools).
