When adding yourself to a team you're already in, the error message is misspelled

Bug Description
Hi,
Add yourself to a team by hitting "Add member" and then "Pick me", the error message if you're already a member is:
"Me is already a member of this team"
This might be Yoda-style or something, I guess it would be nicer to say:
You're already a member of this team
or at least:
Loïc Minier is already a member of this team
I guess the template needs special casing for me?
