Bug Description
The Sharing page uses the term "specification sharing policy", but the UI uses "Blueprints". Launchpad's UI does not let me register or work with specifications -- it lets me work with blueprints.

There is actually some inconsistency already, like "Set the URL for this specification" or "No feature specifications match your criteria.", but I think the weight is with Blueprint as the user-facing name.
