Your SSH key does not match any key registered for Launchpad user

Bug Description

I previously was able to push to the supermirror with just my DSA key uploaded to Launchpad. After the latest code update, I started getting the error message "Your SSH key does not match any key registered for Launchpad user ...". To fix this, I needed to upload my RSA key as well to Launchpad.

I think this means that Launchpad is returning a hard failure instead of informing the client to try another key during the negotiation stages.

I've looked into this further.

I'm getting the error message, but not getting an actual failure -- SSH still attempts to log in with the correct key.
