This could be comment 1 on bug 1047384 which contains no text and the bug state matches these headers. I can also see that this was reported using apport bug; apport created comment 1 on your behalf. Do you recall if the three attachments were on the bug when the page was first loaded for you?

I wonder if there was enough delay between the reporting of the bug and the first comment for the bug mail process to see the initial report and the 1st comment as separate actions.
