Bug Description
1. Go to a duplicate bug report, e.g. bug 780104.
What you see:
* In the main column: "(i) This bug report is a duplicate of: Bug #633626: Crashes silently if /etc/apt/
* In the side column: "Edit Duplicate of bug #633626 Remove"
What you should see:
* That this bug report is a duplicate should be displayed only once.
* There should be only one control for changing which report it is a duplicate of.
* There should be only one control for unmarking it as a duplicate.
