Launchpad is a lazy e-mail writer these days

1. Bug reporters should automatically be informed about comments on their bug reports, which is not happening at the moment, the default should be changed

2. Team members seem to not be informed by launchpad about new bugs reported against their project anymore

3. When I subscribe to a bug affecting me, e-mails about comments to this bug should also be sent automatically to me by default

It seems that mail subscriptions for bugs and branches/merge-requests are ignored completely and no mails are sent although I am subscribed.

Example: This bug report - it says "You are subscribed to all notifications for this bug.", but still I did not get any mail and this comment will also be ignored.

gmx was pushing the launchpad mails to the spam dir.
This bug is invalid.
