Bug Description

Looking at https://launchpad.net/~commercial-ppa-uploaders/+archive/test (a private PPA to which I have access), I can't see my authentication token for getting the files. I also can't see a link back to https://launchpad.net/~jml/+archivesubscriptions or to https://launchpad.net/~jml/+archivesubscriptions/19363/+index (the subscription for that PPA).

This is very confusing if you've lost your credentials (as I had), and are staring at the PPA trying to figure out how to get the delicious files inside.

I'm marking this bug as private in case the archive subscription URL is a secret. The existence of ppa:commercial-ppa-uploaders/test isn't a secret.

This is why bug #690570 hasn't been fixed; Archive:+index was never meant to be exposed to subscribers, and indeed access was forbidden for a long time. AFAIK the page isn't linked from anywhere that subscribers can see, and as far as they are concerned +archivesubscriptions should be the only time they see P3As in the UI.
