Code browse cannot handle long user ids

When I go to...

...and click "Browse the code", I am taken to this page every time, even hours later:

However, the OOPS-ID is different each time. For example, here's another variation: OOPS-390b2f6fabb000e18d4763c41500f15a

If you change your launchpad user id to something a bit shorter and less automatically generated this issue goes away. You are 100% right. That solved it for me. Thanks. I hope the system stops issuing the incompatible, long ids to new people, or that the system is changed so the long ids work correctly. But I don't know what to do to help that along. Oh well.
