Bug Description
There is a new bug picker popup used to select duplicate bugs. The picker allows entry of a bug number and there is a Find Duplicate button which initiates the lookup of the bug for the user to confirm that is the one they want. Instead of a button, there should be a search icon like is used on the standard person|pillar pickers.
