Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https:/
2. Try to change the information type of the bug (logged in as member of the ~launchpad team and ~launchpad-
What happens:
You get a warning saying you don't have permission to change the information type for that bug
ANALYSIS
The browser is doing a cross-domain post from in the above example from *.launchpad.net to bugs.launchpad.net.
1. The code should post the the launchpad root, not to the host.
2. Maybe the page should have redirected to the bugs domain (but that is new functionality).

I made all the duplicates private, but I still could not make the master private. I also reactivate launchpad-cal which did let me make the dupe private, but I could not make the master private.
I also cannot make bug #2112 private in production.
