Bug Description
The "Getting started with code hosting in Launchpad" help link on an unconfigured project's +code-index has lost its text. The link recently had the 'action-icon' class added, which reduces the width to just about nothing.
I suspect that dropping the action-icon class is all that is required to fix it.
